Mask are required. Please do not come if you are sick. Appointment will be cancelled, and a $50 cost will be incurred if you arrive and are ill.
No extra guests are allowed!! No exceptions. If you arrive with extra guest, you will be required to reschedule your appointment.
NO NONSENSE will be tolerated. Please be courteous to me, other clients, and Loft Owners.
Booking policy:
A $35 non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments and can be paid upon booking. If a deposit is not received, the appointment will NOT be booked.
Any appointments requested within 72 hours of desired time, are considered Last minute/Squeeze In appointments.
- Appointments requested within 72 hours will incur a $50 fee.
- Appointments requested less than 72 hours in advance will incur a $75 fee.
- Appointments requested within the same day will incur a $100 fee.
IMPORTANT: Microlinks, Medium & Small Knotless Braids, and color cannot be requested last minute.
Deposits are non-refundable. However, you will have 48 hours before your appointment time to reschedule and have your deposit transferred to a new scheduled time. If an appointment is rescheduled less than 48 hours of the appointment, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit of $35 will be required to book.
All rescheduling requests must be submitted to IsoDream.HairVibes@gmail.com with your full name, number, and time requested.
No Call/No Show will be charged 75% of the balance and you will not be allowed to re-book.
**I do not allow walk-ins. Please be sure to book an appointment.**
Please be on time. A 15-minute grace period is allotted. After 15 minutes, you will incur a $25 late fee. After 20 minutes, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Please be sure to do so, as your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment.
Services/Pricing:
All services are starting prices. Please note that pricing adjustments can occur for services such as braids, hair color, microlinks, etc. If an adjustment occurs, the final price will be provided prior to the appointment. Services will not be changed after the appointment starts.
Please do not request for a service that is not listed. Both the service list and prices are subject to change.
Hair must be 4 inches long for braids.
Hair is not included in sew in or quickweave services. However, hair can be provided upon request. I DO NOT accept bundles that have glue or thread in the wefts. Please be sure your bundles are clean and free of any product.
Wig, closure, or frontals must be provided 48 hours in advance for prepping. For coloring services on extensions, hair MUST be provided 5 days in advance. If the hair is not provided within the timeframe, your appointment will not be honored. Extensions will not be colored on your appointment day.
Hair is included in braid styles. Please send requested color to IsoDream.HairVibes@gmail.com. Please be sure to include full name and appointment date/time.
Shampoo and conditioner treatment is included in all styles. However, hair must be fully detangled. If hair is not fully detangled, there will be an additional charge of $20 added to the service.
Microlinks require consultations 2 weeks in advance. If your hair cannot sustain the desired look, a different style will be recommended.
You have 24 hours from the time of your appointment to state if you are not satisfied with your hair. Complementary maintenance will be provided. Refunds are not provided.
Accepted forms of payment:
Cash App payments are not accepted. Zelle or cash only for remaining balance. A card reader will be available if Zelle is unavailable. However, a $7 fee will be added to cover Square Tax.
Hours of operation
The salon is open Tuesdays through Fridays, from 9am to 5pm, and Saturdays, from 8am to 3pm. The salon is closed on Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday.
